Tee it Up for Scholarships
On Thursday, October 19, more than 150 grocery retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers from across the state joined the third annual CGAEF Top Shot @ Topgolf tournament for a day of networking and fundraising for the CGAEF College Scholarship and Tuition Reimbursement Programs.
“This new twist on a golf tournament is a fantastic opportunity to help fund our two main giving programs. It allows players of all skills levels to participate in a day of fun and to network with their industry peers while raising money to support the next generation of leaders in the grocery industry,” said CGAEF President Ron Fong. “The Foundation is extremely appreciative of the companies that joined this unique tournament. Your support helps deserving college students of all ages fulfill their educational goals.”
